Staying Like a Rock Star at the Hard Rock

Updated: May 27

Hey all my friend Lisa Wainwright just had an incredible club Level stay at Universal Orlando Resort Hard Rock Hotel®, and I am jealous just reading this article. I hope you enjoy it and these amazing pictures!

Our family recently stayed 5 days at 4 nights days at Hard Rock Hotel® Club Level and we LOVED it! We had a 5 ⭐️experience no doubt.

We checked in on a Sunday morning around 11am and much to our surprise the room was ready! We took all of our bags to the room and stopped at the club for some afternoon snacks. They had some individual bags of chips and a cooler full of soda and bottled waters. Upon entering the club we did have to show our room key to the staff to show that we were on the seventh floor. Everyone that works in the club was so friendly and we did enjoy talking with them each and every day.

The kids loved the waterslide at the Hard Rock Hotel® and the underwater music is just so much fun and a great added touch! There were plenty of lounge chairs at the pool and the waiters were walking around serving drinks from Beachclub, the poolside restaurant. As an added treat each lawn chair around the pool had a barcode you could scan and order your drinks/food which made it very convenient.

The Hard Rock Hotel® was gorgeous! We did have to wear masks inside (even though this has probably already changed from last week) but our club level room was huge, we used the club (Rock Royalty Level) for breakfast each and every day... and that in itself was awesome... to get food and soda/waters and when we were at the hotel we stopped during the day/evening for happy hour and evening desserts.

There’s no daily housekeeping (at the time of this posting), which we knew, but that’s not a problem for us! When we checked in they texted us a number to reply to for any needs... towels, wash clothes, shampoo, etc! They immediately texted back and sent the items to the room! It was awesome! I know they do this at Loews Royal Pacific too!

The 7ish minute walk to Universal Studios Florida was awesome! It was such a bonus to be able to walk for those early morning hours too! There is a water taxi option that drops you off on the CityWalk side, and we did use that one night for dinner in CityWalk when the kids were tired 🤩

Staying at Hard Rock Hotel® gave us all Unlimited Express Passes for the rides (Jurassic World VelociCoaster is not included) and it was absolutely a must have!! We went on soooo many rides we wouldn’t have had time for had we not had the Unlimited Express Pass.

We look forward to our next trip to Universal Orlando Resort, and we will 100% stay at Hard Rock Club Level again!
